We love to have families worship together. Children need to hear that their sins are forgiven too.
In our services each week, we follow a lectionary which teaches the basic truths of the Christian faith throughout the course of the year. Our goal is to equip parents to be the primary influence in their youth’s spiritual development.
We’d love to partner with you and assist you and your family in your spiritual life!
Children and Worship
Most of us have or have had children and understand that sometimes it gets a bit hard for little ones to sit through a service. For many children, the very experience of the service is enough (the songs, the chanting, the sights, etc. are not only for the enjoyment and edification of adults, but children as well). But during the service, if your child does start to get fussy, you may take him or her downstairs where we have a room wired with audio, allow them to regain their composure, and then rejoin us in the service.
Youth
We have Sunday School every Sunday and we have various activities for the older children (5th grade and up) throughout the year. Our teens meet for a special activity and study about once per month, in addition to attending the regular adult Bible Class on Sunday mornings.
